Actually, Obstructive Sleep Apnoea may already have affected you more than you know. The chances are things will improve for you once the diagnosis is made and treatment is prescribed. If you are diagnosed with servere OSA the therapy will normally be Postive Airway pressure (PAP).

If your sleep problem can be solved by not taking alcohol, coffee, seditive medicines, losing weight if you're overweight and sleeping on your side, you will quickly begin to feel much more rested and energetic. If you are required to use CPAP while sleeping, you should soon feel the benefits. Whatever your treatment, remember that you are not alone and help is available.
